Design Notes

The rigid linkers have lots of different types. Most of the rigid linkers have proline amino acids and contain (XP)n sequence. X can be any type of amino acid, but we recommend using Ala, Lys, or Glu. Moreover, don't forget to change the number of XP sequences, in order to choose an approximate distance between both sides of the two domains.
